New Haven police are looking for a man who held up the Subway on Whalley Avenue around 6pm Friday.

Authorities say the suspect was armed with a gun when he demanded the employee turn over the cash drawer from the register.

Police are looking for a white man who is 6-feet-tall, 190 pounds with brown eyes. He was wearing a gray hood sweatshirt and dark jeans at the time.
