New Haven police have made an arrest in connection with an armed robbery of a woman on Hamilton Street around 9:40pm Friday night.

Todd Knight, 47, of New Haven is accused of stealing $50 for a 62 year old woman at knife-point. He then fled to a nearby apartment where he was later identified by the woman.

Knight is charged with robbery in the first degree, larceny in the second degree, and assault of an elderly person.
