A Madison woman died in an accident in Guilford shortly before midnight .  The driver and two other passengers are being treated for their injuries.

Police say 23-year-old Michelle Noble was a passenger in the vehicle travelling northbound on Saw Mill Road which went out of control at the Flat Meadow Road intersection and into the woods.

Police ask anyone with information to call the Guilford Police Department.
