Police in Vernon  are investigating   an armed robbery at Steve’s Guns at 623 Talcottville Road.It happened just after 7  o’clock  Friday night.

The suspect was wearing a mask and  displayed what was believed to be a handgun.

No guns were stolen and no one was injured.

The suspect fled toward the Countrywood Condominium complex.
