Three Stafford Schools In Lockdown

Three schools in Stafford have been placed in lockdown after a bullet was found  on a school bus this morning.

An official in superintendent Dr. Patricia Collin’s office says Stafford Elementary School, Stafford Middle School and Stafford High School are in lockdown.  That’s three of the town’s five schools.

A bus driver doing a sweep of his vehicle made the discovery around a little after nine o’clock.  Students were already in their classrooms by the time the bullet was found.

There’s no word on how long the lockdown will last.
