A 26 year old Vernon man arrested by Enfield police in November on sexual assault charges was arrested by Vernon Police Wednesday in connection with the sexual assault of an 11 year old last year.
Eliga Bray is charged with Sexual Assault in the Fist Degree,Unlawful Restraint in the Second degree and Risk of Injury to a Minor.
Bond was set at a half million dollars.Bray is due in Rockville Superior Court Thursday.
