A Hartford man faces a variety of drug charges,  including operating a drug factory,  after a raid Wednesday evening by members of the Statewide Narcotics Task Force.  State police say 30-year-old Juan Rodriguez of Norwich Street also faces two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Police seized two grams of pure heroin,  drug packaging materials, four handguns and one shotgun,  extra gun magazines, and cash.

The Department of Children and Families was called in because there were two children in the apartment.
