State Police now say the subject of an Amber Alert issued at about 1:15 has been found, safe.
The alert was posted for one-year-old Madison Wilson, described as black, two-feet-tall and 20 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was believed to be with 46-year-old-Robert Williamson, described as wearing a black skull cap, black jacket, jeans and brown boots. They were in a teal-colored Dodge Intrepid with license number 431-YTD, last seen in New Haven in the vicinity of Valley Street.
