Man Arrested In Bristol Armed Robbery

Bristol Police have arrested a man they believe robbed a Subway Restaurant at gunpoint Saturday night. Authorities were called the scene just after 8:30PM where they say Darin Green, 35, of Bristol is believed to have entered the restaurant and held a silver handgun to the back of the head of one of the employees. The employee suffered a minor injury.

Police spotted Greene in the area and found a silver .38-caliber handgun and cash from the robbery in his possession.

He is charged with Robbery in the First Degree, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, Second Degree Reckless Endangerment, Assault in the Third Degree, and Sixth Degree Larceny.

Greene is being held on $500,000 surety bond.
