State police are looking for a suspect in a later-morning holdup Thursday at the Jewett City Savings Bank in Dayville.  Police say one man entered the bank,  and presented a note demanding money.

He’s described as five-feet to five-feet-six-inches tall,  stocky,  in his mid-thirties,  with brown scruffy facial hair.  He was wearing a white shirt, dark knit watch cap with white logo, jeans and sunglasses.

He left in a four-door sedan,  possibly a Hyundai,  with a white plate with green characters, ECA037.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to  call Detective Humberto Morales Jr. at (860)779-4900.
