Bank Robbery In Durham

State police are investigating a bank robbery shortly before 3 p.m. Thursday at the Liberty Bank branch on Main Street in Durham.  No one was injured in the holdup.

Police released a security camera image of the suspect, whom they described as a white male, dressed in a blue zip-up sweat shirt and a black baseball cap and dark sunglasses.  They say he appeared to be wearing a black wig.

State Police say he made off in a red older model Volvo station wagon with out-of-state plates.
