Guilford Police are on the lookout for a man they say grabbed a pair of bags filled with money Sunday from a Walmart store in town.
They say around 9 am, the lone male suspect filled a carriage with high-dollar items from the boston post road store.
He was spotted by store security and left without any of the items.
Detectives say he returned a few minutes later and snatched the two bags from an employee.
The suspect took off in a silver or gold mid-90′s Honda Accord with a connecticut plate of 649yix.
He is a light skinned black or hispanic man, around 30, wearing jeans, a flannel, shirt, and white sneakers.
Police say there was a second person in the car, a heavyset blond haired man wearing glasses.
Anyone with any information on the robbery should call Guilford police.
