WESTON, Vt. (AP) — Vermont State Police have arrested a man accused of throwing a fan that hit a 2-year-old girl in Weston.
Police said the child was not hurt in the incident at a home Monday night. Police said 43-year-old Brian Piekarski was arrested after a woman said he was angry and throwing objects at her and at the child.
Police said Piekarski also is accused of unplugging the phone at one point and preventing the woman from calling 911.
