HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) _ Connecticut officials have established an Election Day hotline for voters to report problems at polling places or ask questions.

Agency lawyers and elections officers will monitor calls to the hotline.
The commission has the authority to investigate possible violations of election laws, inspect campaign finance records and reports, refer evidence of violations to the chief state’s attorney or attorney general, issue advisory opinions and recommend revisions to the state’s election the General Assembly.

The hotline number is 866-SEEC-INFO.
