Norwich Man Held On Drug Charges

A man is due in Norwich Superior Court Tuesday after police say he was picked up as they investigated crack cocaine sales in one city neighborhood.  Twenty-three-year-old Kenneth Johnson was arrested this morning at his home on Oakwood Knoll.  Detectives say they seized crack cocaine packaged for sale on the street as well as a small amount of marijuana.  Johnson faces charges of sale of crack cocaine, possession of crack and marijuana and possession of crack with intent to sell.  He’s being held on 85-thousand-dollars bond.
