Wilton Police say a juvenile arrested in California last month has been brought back to Connecticut to face charges in the four-year-old investigation of a teenager’s death.
In June of 2008, 13-year-old Nicholas Parisot was riding his off-road dirt bike on trail behind his grandmother’s road when he struck a rope strung across the trail.
The police investigation led them to California, where police authorities helped in the arrest of the suspect. The 16-year-old suspect waived extradition and was returned to Connecticut to be charged with second degree manslaughter
