Flags To Fly At Half-Staff For Libya Victims

President Obama and Governor Malloy  have ordered U.S. and Connecticut flags to fly at half staff each day until sunset Sunday in honor of Ambassador John Christopher Stevens and the other Americans killed in the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
