Meriden police have arrested a 42-year-old woman on murder and weapons charges in connection with the death of a man found fatally shot in February.  Police say  at the time, Melissa Ziemba lived with Richard West at 76 Olive Street,   where his body was found.  She was taken into custody at her current residence in Middletown and charged with murder and criminal use of a firearm.  Her bond was set at three-quarter million dollars.
