President Barack Obama and Governor Dannel Malloy have ordered all U.S. and Connecticut state flags flown at half-staff Friday in memory of the late Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon.
Armstrong is being buried in Ohio Friday. A private service is planned in Cincinnati.
Armstrong, who died Saturday at age 82, commanded the Apollo 11 moon landing on July 20, 1969.
