Hartford police say the roommate of a man found dead on Albany Avenue will face additional  charges in his death.  63-year-old Johnny Armstrong of 710 Albany Avenue was found in his apartment Monday.

On Monday, police charged 47 year old Anthony Lowenstein with second-degree assault in the case.  Wednesday, the Chief State’s Medical Examiner ruled that Armstrong’s death was a homicide.  Chief James Rovella says in light of that finding,  additional charges will be pursued against Lowenstein.
