Reward Offered In Hartford Cold Case

Hartford Police Chief James Rovella says a private source has posted a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the fatal shooting of two men four years ago.  Saturday is the anniversary of the deaths of 23-year-old Carlos Ortiz and 21-year-old Lamar Gresham.

Police say the two were shot as they walked in the vicinity of 28 Edwards Street by an occupant of a white four-door vehicle,  possibly a Nissan Maxima.  Both were dead at the scene.
