East Hampton police now say they are investigating the disappearance of an East Hampton woman as a criminal case.  30-year-old Jini Barnum was last seen July 28 at her home,  and reportedly left after a disagreement with her boyfriend.  Police have released another photograph of her as they continue their search.  She was last seen wearing jeans and a dark-colored t-shirt.

Police say she has had no contact with her family or friends since leaving her home,  and police say a comprehensive criminal investigation is underway.  Anyone with information is asked to call East Hampton Police at (860) 267-9922.
