WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — West Hartford police say a 34-year-old man was caught filming up women’s skirts and dresses with his cell phone at a grocery store.

Giovanni Geronilla of Hartford was charged Thursday with six counts of voyeurism and six counts of breach of peace. He posted bail and is due in Hartford Superior Court later this month.

Police allege Geronilla put his cell phone in a shopping basket at the Whole Foods store on Raymond Road and positioned it near the women. Police say the incidents happened between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Thursday, and they’re asking any other people who think they might have been filmed to come forward.

It’s not clear if Geronilla has a lawyer, and there’s no phone listing for him.
