Hartford police have identified the victim of a fatal accident early Saturday morning at Allen Place and Broad Street.  Police say 58-year-old Leoner Negron apparently had been ejected from one of the vehicles in a multi-car crash.  Police would like to hear from information from anyone with information about the accident.
