NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) _ A 59-year-old New Haven man has been shot and killed while in the drive-through lane of a fast-food restaurant in the city, and a teenager has been arrested in connection with the crime.

Police say Donald Bradley was shot at about 7:30 p.m. after being confronted by three men while waiting at the Burger King drive-through window on the corner of Whalley Avenue and Orchard Street. Bradley was pronounced dead at the Hospital of Saint Raphael.

Police spokesman David Hartman said 18-year-old Quavon Torres was arrested and charged with murder.

Investigators questioned two teenagers who were seen running from the scene of the shooting to a nearby house.
