Suspects Named In Mai Thai Shooting

Norwich police have identified two suspects in last month’s early-morning shooting at a restaurant on Laurel Hill Avenue.   45-year-old Donna Richardson was killed and another woman was wounded in the shooting at the Nau Thai Restaurant and Bar shortly before 2 a.m. June 24.   It was the first homicide of the year in Norwich.

Norwich Police are  looking for 32-year-old David Grant on charges of murder, assault, reckless endangerment and a weapons charge.  He’s believed to be hiding with family in Brooklyn. NY.

24-year-old Devan Jarmon is wanted on weapons charges.  Police say they think he is in the Norwich area.
