All Clear Given After Threat At CCSU

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (AP) – Central Connecticut State University says police looking into a threatening phone call have lifted campus warnings.

The university in New Britain had urged people on campus to stay indoors after campus police received a call from someone threatening to kill people.

Officials say the call came in at about 10 a.m. The warning was lifted around 11:30 a.m.

The university said the threat stemmed from a domestic situation.
