An IT Department employee at Apple Health Care in Avon is charged with using his company-issued iPhone to stream live video of people using the restroom at the Waterville Road facility.

Avon say 36-year Joseph Boucher of Kensington is charged with three counts of voyeurism.

A female worker found a tissue box with a small hole in the lavatory.  Police say a small hole had been cut in the box, with the iPhone camera lens placed against the hole.  The rehab facility called Avon police. Police say the camera had a view of the whole restroom,  and video was being streamed to Boucher’s work computer.

Boucher is due in court June 6.
