Parade starts at Nolan Field, proceeds along Wakelee Avenue,  down Jackson Street, past City Hall to the Big Y Shopping Plaza on Main Street.  Shuttle bus service will start at noon from the parking log of the Naugatuck Savings  Bank in the Big Y Mall.
