Lockdown Lifted At Montville High

MONTVILLE, Conn. (AP) – A school in Montville that was locked down because of a phone call that made reference to weapons has reopened after a search did not turn up any weapons.

The superintendent said Montville High School received the call Wednesday morning and Montville police searched lockers. One student was taken into police custody for questioning.

State police assisted in the investigation.
