Residents with expired or unwanted prescription medications can dispose of them at dozens of designated town halls and police and fire stations around the the state this Saturday,  April 28, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.   The Drug Enforcement Administration is sponsoring the collection ain hopes of removing the drugs from homes.

During three previous collections around the country, nearly 500 tons of medication have been removed from circulation.
