WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn- Southwest Airlines has announced that seasonal nonstop service between Bradley International Airport (BDL) and Fort Myers (Southwest Florida International Airport – RSW) will start on February 12, 2012. The daily operating service will go through April 9, 2012.

“Following up on our new service offerings to San Juan and West Palm Beach, we believe that this additional warm weather destination will be another popular one for our customers especially during the upcoming New England winter season,” said Airport Administrator Eric N. Waldron. “We are confident that this new seasonal service will be successful and the state will continue to work with our airline partners to offer a diversity of travel options to Connecticut and the surrounding region.”

The flight information between the two airlines is as follows:
Depart BDL 7:35 a.m. (Flight 2125) Arrive RSW 11:00 a.m.
Depart RSW 7:25 p.m. (Flight 1395) Arrive BDL 10:25 p.m.
