NORWALK, Conn. (AP) — A Connecticut parent has complained to his third-grade daughter’s school after her bus driver allegedly told her Santa Claus is fake and Jesus Christ was not born on Christmas.

Norwalk resident Louis Seeley’s complaint remains under investigation by Norwalk schools and First Student, its contracted bus company. He says he filed it last Wednesday after his 8-year-old came home and reported the comments to him.

A spokeswoman for First Student says they do not believe the conversation occurred as it was first reported.

Instead, she says the girl overheard the driver’s conversation with other students about what she called “the nature of gift-giving” during the holidays.

Norwalk schools’ chief operating officer tells The Hour newspaper that he could not discuss the allegations because the investigation was still open.

Hmm… Well let’s see. There is no Santa, and Jesus was born more towards springtime. December 25th was a pagan holiday many many years ago, in the 4th century, Constantine declared that December 25th would be celebrated as Christ’s birthday. it was meant to supplant the pagan rituals.

So it seems the bus driver is quite correct.

Good. Let’s start telling more truth and fewer lies. Imagine what our world would be if everyone worshipped the Creator. “If you LOVE me keep my commandments – LOVE the Lord God and LOVE your neighbor as yourself.”

PS. Don’t tell this to Muslims…they’ll get very angry and violent. Islam rejects almost everything Biblical about Jesus. And we certainly know how Islam feels about LOVE.

    1. Dru says:

God doesn’t want us to worship him. He/She IS Us, already. Or didn’t you remember you Biblical teaching…

And you’re a typical Christian hater.. so loving towards your fellow neighbor…I mean, Muslim. I mean, Hindu, I mean Jew.

…. Uhhhhh what?!?! Lol. Your comment makes NO sense whatsoever…

  3. Chris says:

Lol, so let me get this straight… The bus driver “allegedly” told this young 8 year old the TRUTH and he’s getting in trouble for it? WOW.

We’re headed down a long, lonely, sad road America. We need to wake up and turn this puppy around! =P

Doesn’t sound like a criminal act, more like an act of stupidity or spitefulness. People really need to grow up and stop trying to prove how smart they are (At least in their own minds). Let the children enjoy the holiday and their belief – Christmas is not hurting anyone. Only a-holes and d-bags have a problem with it.

then that makes me a nig a-hole and d-bug…. I have a real problem with pagan-mass because I have a real problem with lieing to my kids.
I have a problem with the schools lieing to my kids telling them that this pagan god born on pagan-mass day is the same as the fella that the bible talks about.
I have a problem with a phalace erected in my living room
I have a problem with stupid folks full of spite.
So no, what the bus driver did was not a criminal act. What the schools, governmnent, retailers, business and pretty much everyone on the planet is doing is criminal though. Bareing false witness, false representation, missleading a minor, yup, all those are criminal acts. any further questsions?
