Stafford Man Dies In Motorcycle Accident

ASHFORD, Conn. (AP) _ Police say a Stafford man is dead after he lost control of his motorcycle in Ashford and was thrown about 100 feet.

Police say 37-year-old Michael Sninsky was riding south on Route 89, when the accident happened near Interstate 84 at about 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

They say Sninsky was found at the base of an I-84 exit, while his motorcycle was found in woods nearby.

An investigation into the crash was ongoing.
