Photos: Spring Gardening In CT

May is a busy time at many garden centers in Connecticut, as people prepare for their spring planting.

In Bristol, Wojtusik Nursery owner Pete Wojtusik said recent rainy weather prevented people from getting out in the garden.  Some of those people are now making up for lost time.

The wet weather also allowed fungus to grow, which caused rot on some vegetable plants that were put in the ground early, and caused diseased spots on some lawns.
