Norwich Shooting Victim Dies

NORWICH, Conn. (AP) _ A Norwich man has died after being shot in a city intersection.
Police said Sunday that 25-year-old Johnny Amy died at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford following the 2:30 a.m. shooting Saturday.

Police said the gunman fled the area, and their investigation is continuing. An autopsy by the chief medical examiner is expected Monday.

Several items of clothing, including a baseball cap and bloody T-shirt, were taken from the scene Saturday by officials.
