Manchester Police are expected to release their report on their investigation into the Hartford Distributors workplace massacre that left eight people dead.
Police have scheduled a news conference for 10 a.m. this morning to release the report on their probe of last August’s shootings that also wounded two others at Hartford Distributors Inc.
Former beer truck driver Omar Thornton, who was caught stealing beer from the warehouse, pulled out a handgun and began shooting after he was shown video evidence of the thefts and was told to either quit or be fired. He then turned the gun on himself.
Thornton said in a 911 call he was upset about poor treatment of him and other black employees.
Hartford Distributors and relatives of the victims rejected his claims.
