Connecticut will be well represented at this month’s tryouts for the national U-19 women’s basketball team.
UConn freshmen Bria Hartley and Stefanie Dolson have both been invited to try out for the team along with incoming recruits Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis and Kiah Stokes. Breanna Stewart and Morgan Tuck, who have verbally committed to UConn for 2012 also will be trying out.
Thirty-five players will attend the May 22-25 camp in Colorado Springs, Coloorado. Those who make the team will play in the world championships in Chile in July.
The team will be trained by University of Hartford coach Jen Rizzotti.
