Rocky Hill Fires Prompt Call For Mutual Aid

Rocky Hill firefighters are at the scene of two separate fire calls this afternoon .  As firefighters  were investigating a report of smoke in the interior or the West Hill School,   they received a call of a fire at Penn Place in the Century Hills complex.

Flames were visible on their arrival,  and Rocky Hill called for mutual aid from Wethersfield, Newington, Cromwell and East Berlin.  At least two families are expected to be temporarily displaced by the fire.  Crews remain on the scene.
