Holdup at Morris Bank

State Police are looking for a man who held up the Webster Bank Branch on Watertown Road in Morris shortly before 9 a.m.  Police say the man passed the teller a note demanding cash and indicating he was armed.  He fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police describe the suspect as a white man, about five-foot-six,  with a thin build.

No one was injured.  Police with dogs were brought in to search the area.  They’re asking anyone who may have any information to call State Police at 860 626-7900.
