Torrington Police Investigate Credit Card Fraud

Torrington Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying those responsible for the fraudulent use of credit cards to the tune of nearly $1,600.

Police say a local man lost his wallet on January 3, but did not realize it until his credit card company contacted him about possible fraudulent charges.

Anyone with information on those responsible for the fraud is urged to call Torrington Police Detective Keith Dablain at 860-489-2040.
