Dogs Seized From Mystic Home

Groton Town Police have arrested a Mystic woman on animal cruelty charges after they allegedly found five dogs in various stages of neglect and illness at her Oslo Street home.

Linda Snow, 59, is charged with five counts of animal cruelty, criminal impersonation, and interfering. Police executed a search and seizure warrant at her home on Thursday.

The five animals  were taken to a local veterinarian for evaluation, said police.

Police want to hear from anyone who may have purchased a dog from Snow. They are urged to call Groton Town Police at 860-441-6712 or the local animal control officer at 860-441-6709.
