State Police Identify Driver Killed in Route Six Crash

State Police have identified the man killed in a crash late Friday afternoon on Route 6 in Killingly. Troopers say Charles Lee, 68, of Narragansett, Rhode Island was killed when his 2006 Subaru left the roadway and struck several trees.

The crash occurred shortly before 6 p.m., just west of Cucumber Hill Road.

Lee was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
