CT Man Arrested After Punching TSA Agent in Indy

A 51-year old Simsbury man was arrested after an incident at the Indianapolis International Airport in which police say he exchanged  words with and punched a TSA screener.

Airport police say John Christina had just stepped out of a full-body imaging machine when he asked the agent a question, then punched him in the chest.

A report says Christina has a history of medical issues, including two metal implants, a colostomy bag and a fused right wrist.

Christina was charged with misdemeanor battery and was freed after posting a $150 bond.  He is due in court on December 13.
