Waterbury Man Arrested in Holdup in Which Employees Were Tied Up

State police say a multi-jurisdictional investigation into a series of armed robberies has resulted in the arrest of a Waterbury man.  Police say the specific crime 37-year-old Vincent Tillery is charged with was an August holdup at a service station in Prospect in which two clerks were tied up and left in a rear room,  and the suspect stole a clerk’s vehicle to flee.

Tillery is charged with a variety of larceny, robbery, kidnapping and other charges.
