HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) _ Hartford police say a man has been shot to death in the city.
Police say they responded to Putnam Street at about 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday night where they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds.
Emergency medical personnel pronounced the victim dead at the scene. He was identified as 20-year-old Jonathan Devalle.
There were no immediate arrests.
Police are appealing to the public to come forward with any information on the slaying.
