Tuberculosis Case Identified at Hartford's Naylor School

The Hartford Public Schools,  the Hartford Department of Health and Human services and the state Tuberculosis Control Program are notifying parents and staff that a member of the Naylor School Community has been diagnosed with tuberculosis and is being treated for the disease.

Health officials are identifying those who had primary exposure to the patient,  and will begin testing next week in the auditorium of the school on Franklin Avenue.  Informational sessions for parents also are scheduled in the coming days.
