Commission Says Not Enough Evidence in Coulter's Case

Connecticut’s Elections Enforcement Commission is not pursuing an allegation that conservative pundit and author Ann Coulter improperly voted in Connecticut by absentee ballot in 2002 and 2004,  when she actually lived in New York.

The agency says there is not enough evidence to substantiate the claims by Daniel Borchers, a critic of Coulter’s.
