Police Warn of Computer Virus with Explicit Images

State police say a new computer virus has surfaced in Connecticut, and they’re are warning computer users to be alert.  Police say a Montville man reported receiving explicit images in an e-mail with the subject line: “We are the world,   we are the children… enjoy.”

Police say when the recipient opened the message,  it placed a virus in his computer,  which replicated itself by sending itself to all of the names in his computer address book.

They say  they’re trying to trace the source of the virus,  but meanwhile,  recipients should simply delete any e-mail with that subject line — even if it’s from someone they know.
